Transfers to and from airport: For customers booking room only or parking on site, transfers operate 24 hours by courtesy bus which must be booked at check in. Transfers take approx. 15 minutes. For a service from the airport customers should phone the hotel to arrange. Customers taking the secured parking option should allow 40 minutes to drive to Airparks and transfer to all terminals.
Holiday Parking: Parking can be on-site at the hotel or secured parking, depending on your booking option. If using the secured parking option customers park overnight at the hotel. Reception will give you a voucher to exchange for long term parking. In the morning you take your car and voucher to Airparks Services, a secured long term car park close to the airport, which provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day to all terminals. After the 15 days inclusive, secured parking is charged at the car park's standard daily rate. If using the on site option after the 15 days inclusive, parking at the hotel costs £3.50 per day. N.B If using parking inclusive package and staying only on your return from holiday, you must go to the hotel reception before parking your car to confirm details of parking arrangements and where necessary to collect the parking voucher.
