Our cancellation policy
The cost of processing a cancelled booking, which includes the original booking transaction as well as the subsequent cancellation, has increased considerably since we set our rates five years ago. It is important if we are to maintain competitive selling prices that customers cancelling a booking pay a fair and reasonable fee that reflects the real costs. We have therefore needed to review our cancellation policy for Hotels and Parking.
Hotel bookings;
Cancellations on the same day as booking - no charge, full refund.
Thereafter £15.00 per room, per night.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the stay date/or after.
Amendments will only incur a £15.00 fee if the change reduces the number of rooms or nights originally booked.
Parking bookings;
Cancellations on the same day as booking - no charge, full refund
Thereafter £7.50 per booking (unless booking is less than £7.50 in which case the fee will be no more than the parking cost).
No refund for cancellations made on the day of travel or afterwards.
No refund is available for unused part stays.
There will be no charge for amendments.
